Starting from December 1, 2025, the Florida Department of Revenue will transfer the sales and use tax filing and payment system to a new eFile and Pay system. The new site will be available from December 1, 2025. The old system will remain available only for extracting historical information.
The registered taxable persons shall use the same credentials(User ID/Password or Certificate Number/BP Number) to access the new system.
Key changes
Florida’s DOR implemented a new eFile and Pay system for:
- Sales and use tax
- Solid-waste fees and surcharges
- Prepaid wireless fee
Taxable persons in scope
- Florida retailers
- Remote sellers collecting Florida sales tax
- Marketplace facilitators
